How Public Service Media Use Social Media

Social media is the go-to media for younger generations, it is therefore essential for public service media (PSM) to strike the right balance between being too present and not present enough on platforms as well as fulfilling their universality remit.

This report explores how EBU Members make use of social media with a focus on Children, Youth, Sports, News social accounts and performances.
