Unpacking Social Impact

This new report focuses on understanding the meaning of social impact and unpacks the elements that define this concept. As we lack a universal definition, this report seeks to provide one suitable and relevant for public service media.

Our Unpacking Social Impact report also examines the strong role of public service media in generating social impact and offers a hands-on tool to better capture and measure it. On top of this, our research touches on the methodologies our Members use to assess social impact and provide you with a first guide to social impact.
