17th Sports Assembly

Sports broadcasting executives are invited to join the 17th Sports Assembly in Brussels, which will feature a debate on free-to-air broadcasting events as well as celebrate the European Week of Sport.

As part of the EBU's cooperation with the European Commission to promote the European Week of Sport 2015, delegates will be joined by a European Commissioner. Elections will also be held at this occasion and on a more fun note, Members will have the opportunity to visit the European Parliament and profit from a guided city tour.

Visa applications

Member delegates requiring an invitation letter for a visa application should send an email with the following details to Olivia Karyoti:

• full name as written on passport
• job title
• date of birth
• citizenship
• passport number
• passport issue and expiry dates
