22nd Finance Assembly
The Finance Assembly provides a unique opportunity for finance professionals to discuss best practices, strategic planning as well as common challenges and opportunities that are transforming the broadcasting industry.
Programme
Day One (Monday 30 May)
The following topics will be covered during the first day:
- The role of finance in strategic planning
- Forecasting and its relevance for your organization
The afternoon will consist of workshops.
Guided tours of the EBU Digital Living Room and Eurovision Control Centre will be provided for delegates who are interested.
Day Two (Tuesday 31 May)
The second day will focus on:

Zero-based budgeting, with a presentation by best practice insight and technology company CEB.

This year's EBU matters topic: Public Service Media (PSM) Contribution to Society and PSM funding
Steering committee elections will be held to fill the positions of Chair and the 3 Vice-Chairs.

Member delegates requiring an invitation letter for a visa application should send an email with the following details to Emma Cowin:
- full name as written on passport
- job title
- date of birth
- citizenship
- passport number
- passport issue and expiry dates
